INTERMEDIATE APPRENTICESHIP IN BUSINESS AND ADMINISTRATION

The course covers the understanding and application of the following;

  • Dealing with enquiries and providing accurate information
  • Developing customer service skills
  • Producing accurate documents
  • Planning and prioritising tasks
  • Identifying hazards and reduce the risk of injury in the workplace
  • Working as part of a team and developing your problem solving and listening skills
  • The course involves you working as part of team and developing your literacy, numeracy and IT skills for everyday situations

  • Provide feedback on staff performance
  • Ordering and distribution of stationery
  • Analyse and report information
  • Run projects with project deadlines

The course enables to further develop your communication, literacy, numeracy and IT skills within everyday work situations.
